Daniela Caine

I’m Daniela Caine, founder of The BEACON Method™, a somatic framework that helps visionary women regulate their nervous systems, reconnect to their truth, and lead from coherence.

Before this work, I was a Fortune 500 design director leading high-volume categories for Nike, Adidas, and other global brands. On the outside, I had it all, but on the inside I was exhausted, disconnected, and constantly chasing the next win to feel worthy.

Everything shifted when my daughter faced a life-altering health crisis. I left my 20+ year career and went on a deep healing journey with her, one that led me to Breathwork. What started as a personal practice became a portal to presence, peace, and power I never knew was possible.

Today, my work bridges science, spirituality, and nervous system recalibration. As a trauma-informed Breathwork facilitator and transformational coach, I guide women moving through transition, reinvention, and becoming, helping them reconnect to their inner knowing and lead with clarity, ease, and heart.

Question 1: Do I need any experience?

Not at all. This challenge is designed for all levels—whether you’re brand new to breathwork or already have a practice. You’ll be guided every step of the way.

Question 2: What If I miss a day?

No problem. You’ll have access to the recordings for each session. Even if you fall behind, you're still welcome to join live and catch up on your own time. Progress, not perfection.

Question 3: Is this a fitness class?

Nope. This is not about reps or heart rate. Breathwork is a somatic (body-based) healing practice that supports your nervous system, energy, and emotional well-being. It’s for every body—no matter your shape, size, or fitness level.

Question 4: How is this different from an app?

This isn’t a passive, press-play experience. It’s live, guided, and intentionally structured. You’ll be supported in real-time with teaching, practice, and integration. There’s a level of presence, connection, and depth here that no app can replicate.

Question 5: Will I get access to the recordings?

Yes. Every session is recorded and shared with you afterward. If you miss a day or want to revisit a session, you’ll have access for 10 days after the challenge ends.

Question 6: Is there a refund policy?

Because this is a low-cost, high-value offering with immediate access to materials, we’re unable to offer refunds. That said, if you have a true emergency, reach out—we’re human and here to support you.

Question 7: What should I have with me?

To get the most out of each session, we recommend:

✔️ A quiet space where you can lie down

✔️ Headphones

✔️ A journal and pen

✔️ A blanket or eye mask

✔️ Water for after the session

You’ll receive a full prep list when you sign up.

Question 8: What if I have anxiety, trauma, or a medical condition?

This breathwork is trauma-informed and led with care. If you have a medical condition (especially cardiovascular or respiratory), or are currently processing acute trauma, please consult your doctor or therapist before participating. You’re always in control and can pause or modify your practice at any time.

Question 9: Is this a cult or religious in any way?

No. This is not affiliated with any religious belief system, and it’s definitely not a cult. Breathwork is a science-backed practice that helps regulate the nervous system, release stress, and increase clarity. While some people experience spiritual or emotional breakthroughs, you are always in control of your own experience. This is a safe, grounded space open to all beliefs—or none at all.
