Even though I was in positions of power leading some of the biggest volume-generating categories for global brands like Nike, and Adidas, even though I built a multi-6-figure design consultancy, I never felt empowered or able to influence organizations in a meaningful way. I chose to walk away from my 20+ year design career when my daughter faced a devastating autoimmune crisis and, finally, I had to learn to source my power and worth from something other than short-lived external accomplishments. Years of healing work led to a series of transcendental awakenings that forever changed the trajectory of my life. I studied and got certified in multiple modalities that allowed me to impact the world in ways I never thought possible. Now I support other visionary leaders access the source of their innate, authentic power so that they can transform, land, or build their Dream job in a Year (or less).
